Entries will be accepted from 03/01/08, 12:00 AM ET to 06/30/08, 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). You can return to the website once each day during the Promotion Period to submit an additional entry into the sweepstakes drawings. When you enter for a chance to win, you will be eligible to win the grand prize and secondary prizes, which are randomly awarded at the end of the Promotion Period. Grand prize and secondary prize sweepstakes drawings will be conducted on or about 07/01/08. Entrants must provide a valid e-mail address upon entry.

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) grand prize will be awarded of a seven-day trip for two to Maui, Hawaii, including round trip coach airfare and accommodations (double occupancy) at the beautiful Royal Lahaina Resort, shuttle transportation to and from Royal Lahaina Resort, and all taxes.  This vacation is valued at $3,000.

Odds of winning will depend on number of eligible entries received. ALL EXPENSES, TAXES AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RECEIPT OR USE OF ALL PRIZES NOT SET FORTH HEREIN ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Prizes are not transferable or substitutable by winner. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. & DC, 18 years or older. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Employees of Maui Sands Resort ("prize provider"), its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies ("Affiliate Entities") and their immediate families are not eligible. Grand prize winner must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility & liability/publicity release within 14 days of first attempted notification. Failure to provide signed documents will result in forfeiture of prizes. Winner must travel on dates specified by Sponsor, or may forfeit prize. Selected airline, hotel and other elements of grand prize are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Participant agrees to accept Maui Sands Resort’s Terms and Conditions for trip. Trip must be taken by July 1, 2009. Winner will notify trip provider of their trip choice and departure date within one month of notification. Certain restrictions and black out dates apply and exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability. Prize includes coach-class airfare. Winner and his/her travel companion are responsible for costs of travel to major U.S. airport with service to destination. An adult winner's travel companion must be 18 years of age or older, or if the companion is a minor, the winner must be the minor's parent or legal guardian. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable. Airfare does not include government taxes or facilities charges. Ground transportation, tax, gratuities, personal expenses, and all other expenses incurred on the trip that are not specifically provided for herein, including but not limited to additional ground transportation, airport taxes or fees, gratuities and any other incidental expenses, are solely the responsibility of the applicable prize winner and his or her guest. Prize winners and their guests must sign eligibility and liability documents prior to any travel documents being released. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel route in its sole discretion. In the event a trip winner or their guest engages during the trip in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or his or her guest home with no further compensation.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS: By entering, participants (a) agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; (b) agree to release Sponsor, Administrator, prize provider and their employees and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in this promotion or awarding, receipt, possession use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein and acknowledge that Sponsor, and its employees and agents have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose; and (c) consent to use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

INTERNET: Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or modify this promotion if any cause beyond Sponsor's control impairs its integrity or fairness, in which case any un-awarded prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from all entries received as of the date of termination. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone, network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or at any Web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from entering the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for phone line failure and/or malfunction.
