Extreme Theming
Much of this unique theming is hand-crafted and imported from around the world. Guests will see carved wood, lava rocks, bamboo and thatched roof buildings, preserved palm trees and tropical flowers.
And what would a Hawaiian-themed resort be without tikis?! The resort will contain hundreds of unique tikis that were hand-carved in Hawaii by families that have been doing this kind of work for generations.
Standing as the massive centerpiece to Maui Sands indore waterpark and resort will be a 30-foot-tall hand-made “active” volcano. Towering above the waterpark, the volcano will periodically erupt providing riders on the Kai River an underneath view of the glowing “lava.”
It doesn’t stop there! Maui Sands Resort will truly reflect the natural setting of Hawaii with the addition of huge banyon trees throughout the resort. Designers from around the globe will stay on-site to hand-create these unique, lush trees seen throughout the Hawaiian horticulture. |
