About our Sandusky Waterpark:
This year-round, privately-owned resort at the northwest corner of S.R. 250 and 2 in Sandusky, Ohio features a 55,000-square-foot indoor waterpark that connects three resort hotels. Maui Sands Resort will stand as Sandusky’s second largest indoor waterpark facility and one of the best family resorts in Ohio.

Accommodations:There are five guest suite price tiers to accommodate families of any size or budget: Royalty Suites, Island Paradise Suites, Sweet Escape Suites, Ocean Breeze Rooms and Coastline Comfort Rooms.
The Sandusky waterpark and resort will feature 306 guest suites among three hotels:
- Maui Sands Family Suites is a new four-story, 96-room all-suite luxury resort hotel
- Maui Sands Village Hotel offers 170 boutique-style rooms and suites in the unique setting of a enclosed Hawaiian Village. The Village streetscape and shoreline includes restaurants, shopping, bars and surfing.
- The Holiday Inn Express will undergo a complete “Maui makeover,” but will maintain its standard offering of complimentary breakfast. Includes 40 rooms.
